It is entirely based on the teachings the Lubavitcher Rebbe intercataled during a very quick narrative of the process of the creation of the country. There are books that address the issue of the sanctity of the land in greater depth.
It's not a slam against the book at all; these are just published specifically for a Chabad audience, so they shortcut a lot of things assuming you already know th It's an okay book, but unless you are already well aware of the issue of Israel, this won't help you.

No military expert can logically endorse this peace plan nor has any expert ever considered it on the basis of security. Peace is our greatest virtue but not if it causes more harm.
